Your Voice is Essential to an Inclusive TNOTA

How can TNOTA better represent you and support your work with diverse clients across Tennessee?

The TNOTA Diversity & Inclusion Committee invites you to share your honest feedback in our new survey.

Your anonymous responses will directly help us assess how welcoming, inclusive, and committed to diversity, equity, and belonging TNOTA is. This survey focuses on two key goals:

  1. Understanding how well TNOTA represents and supports practitioners from all backgrounds.

  2. Understanding how well TNOTA supports practitioners in advocating for their diverse clients.

Guided by AOTA’s broad definition of diversity—which includes attributes like race, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, and more—this is your chance to shape a TNOTA that truly reflects and serves everyone.

Help guide our future. This voluntary and confidential survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. Take the survey today!
